This wood utensil is great for serving rice, mashed potatoes, paella, stuffing. This handmade wooden carb spoon can also be used on the stove top to saute. 11'' long x 3'' wide. We also offer a left handed version in cherry.

These are representative examples of the one you will receive. Slight variations in color and grain are the norm in the paddle made for you. Multiple coats of a hardening oil makes a very durable and low maintenance finish. Touch up instructions provided with purchase.

General Care & Maintenance:
Hand wash (do not soak or place in dishwasher) with soap and water. Towel dry immediately. To condition, apply Howard's Butcher Block Conditioner as per directions after the first three uses. Reapply when water no longer beads on the wood surface when washing.
