Wood turned. Finished smooth. Serves 2 to 3 dinner salads. 5 to 6 side salads. Makes for a beautiful farm house dining room table centerpiece, a unique, thoughtful handmade winter wedding or anniversary gift. A best seller.

The wood was from a clear cut of federal land near Lutsen, MN. Starting with a chainsaw and finishing with ultra fine sand paper.

Approximate sizes:
14.5'' long X 14" wide x 4.25" to 6'' tall (outer dimensions). Rim is 5/8'' thick.
15'' long X 14" wide x 4.25" to 6'' tall (outer dimensions). Rim is 5/8'' thick.
16" long X 15" wide x 4.25" to 6'' tall (outer dimensions). Rim is 5/8'' thick.
17" long X 16" wide x 4.25" to 6'' tall (outer dimensions). Rim is 5/8'' thick.

This is representative of the bowl you will receive. Multiple coats of a hardening oil derived from flax makes a very durable and low maintenance finish. Touch up instructions provided with purchase. Green turned oval shaped bowl with level rim.

General Care & Maintenance:

Hand wash (do not soak or place in dishwasher) with soap and water. Towel dry immediately. To condition, apply Howard's Butcher Block Conditioner as per directions after the first three uses. Reapply when water no longer beads on the wood surface when washing.
